Compatibility & Installation Notes

Match the 3/4-inch male NPT supply connection and allow room for the retracted body. Flush the line before fitting the rotor, then select the nozzle for pressure, flow and head spacing.

PRS reduces excessive pressure; it cannot raise a low-pressure supply to 45 psi. Check pressure with the zone operating and allow for losses in the supply piping.

Set the fixed left edge first, then use the arc adjustment slot to set the right edge. Turn clockwise to increase the arc and counterclockwise to decrease it, following the 5000 instructions.

For Plus flow shut-off, insert a flat-blade screwdriver into the flow shut-off slot and turn clockwise 180 degrees to stop flow; turn counterclockwise 180 degrees to resume. The shut-off slot is separate from the arc adjustment.

SAM reduces low-head drainage after the zone shuts off. It is separate from PRS pressure regulation and is not a backflow-prevention device.
