Product Overview
The Houzer ED-3108-1 Elite is a 31-1/2-inch undermount kitchen sink with two equal-size bowls and one included basket strainer. Its 50/50 arrangement creates separate compartments for washing, rinsing, soaking, food preparation, or keeping clean and dirty items apart. Each bowl measures approximately 14-1/16 inches long by 15-3/4 inches wide with an 8-inch depth, providing balanced capacity without favoring one side of the sink.
The sink is fabricated from 20-gauge T-304 stainless steel and finished in lustrous satin with a highlighted rim. SpecPlus edges reinforce the undermount perimeter, while StoneGuard undercoating over Super Silencer pads helps reduce dish clatter, vibration, and condensation beneath both bowls. Centered drains support a traditional equal-bowl plumbing layout. Houzer specifies a minimum 36-inch sink base. The ED-3108-1 package includes one 190-9180 basket strainer; BG-3100 grids are available separately for customers who want protective racks in the bowls. Confirm the countertop material, reveal style, faucet reach, two-drain plumbing layout, disposal placement, and cabinet clearance before fabrication.
