Product Overview
The Grill Dome PZH-15 is a 15 in. half-moon ceramic baking stone for compatible large Grill Dome kamado grills. Its partial-circle shape provides a ceramic cooking surface over one portion of the grill, allowing the remaining grate area to be configured separately when the cooking setup permits. The stone can be used for pizza, bread, cookies, and other baked foods that benefit from a firm heated surface.
The stone is made from Grill Dome Terapex ceramic and is identified for high-temperature cooking. It can also be used in a compatible conventional oven. Ceramic stones can crack from impact or rapid temperature change, so inspect the stone before use, heat it gradually with the cooking appliance, and avoid placing a hot stone on a cold or wet surface.
