Product Overview
The Eemax SPEX65 FlowCo is a 6.5kW, 240V electric tankless water heater for compatible point-of-use fixtures. Its compact housing, 0.2 GPM minimum activation, and 3/8 in. integral compression fittings make it a fit for carefully sized handwashing, bar, utility, or sink applications where the required flow and temperature rise match the heater’s performance.
Tankless water heater output changes with incoming water temperature and fixture flow, so this model should be selected from the required duty point rather than the maximum flow number. It can be used on 208V with reduced temperature output as noted in the stored specifications. Before ordering, confirm the supply voltage, fixture flow control, required outlet temperature, breaker and wire requirements, plumbing connection size, indoor location, and freeze protection. Flush the lines and purge air before applying power, and follow the Eemax manual for installation and commissioning.
