Product Overview
The Eemax SPEX012240T is an 11.5kW, 240V electric tankless water heater for compatible point-of-use hot-water applications. It is designed for fixtures where the flow rate, incoming water temperature, and desired outlet temperature fit the heater’s performance range.
This model is listed with 0.2 GPM turn-on, a 70°F to 140°F operating-temperature range, 35 PSI minimum operating pressure, 150 PSI maximum pressure rating, and a compact white enclosure. Because tankless performance depends on temperature rise, the heater should be selected from the required flow at the fixture rather than wattage alone. Before ordering, confirm the fixture type, aerator or flow control, electrical service, breaker size, wire size, plumbing connections, indoor mounting location, and freeze protection. Installation should follow the manufacturer’s manual and applicable requirements, with the water lines flushed and air purged before power is applied.
