This is a new aftermarket gear shift lever knob, replacing part number E440GB9. It is not a Ford branded part.
The fitment-critical dimension is the thread: 5/16-24. Check the thread on your lever before ordering. Diameter is about 1-1/4 inches.
Installation: thread the knob onto a clean, undamaged lever stud. If the stud threads are stripped or rounded, a new knob on its own will not hold and the stud needs attention first.
Fitment: Fits Ford and New Holland 2000, 3000, 4000, 5000 and 7000 tractors built 1965 through 1975, and Fits Ford and New Holland 2600, 3600, 3900, 4100, 4600, 5600, 6600, 7600, 231, 233, 335, 420, 515, 531, 532 and 535 tractors built 1975 through 1981. It is used on the high and low range gear shift lever.
