Product Overview
The Dekorra 602-GN is an insulated green pouch that helps reduce cold-weather exposure around compatible backflow equipment, valves, and piping. Its fiber-reinforced waterproof outer jacket, R-13 insulation, hook-and-loop closure, and brass grommets support seasonal equipment protection.
The green finish helps the pouch blend into turf, planting beds, and irrigation areas while still covering exposed components. This 24 in. x 24 in. size is best selected by measuring the complete assembly, not only the backflow body. Include valve handles, test cocks, elbows, unions, pipe height, and the extra space needed to close and secure the hook-and-loop seam. It may also be used inside compatible Dekorra decorative rock enclosures for added insulation. The pouch helps reduce weather exposure, but freeze protection still depends on local temperature, wind, drainage, system winterization, and whether supplemental heat is required for the installation.
