Product Overview
The Classy Caps FS100W Fairmont Solar Post Cap is a white ABS solar cap that can be post or wall mounted. It includes a wall adapter and post adapters for actual 5 in. x 5 in., 4 in. x 4 in., or 3.5 in. x 3.5 in. posts.
The adapters give the Fairmont flexibility across several actual post sizes, while the wall adapter supports a different mounting arrangement. Measure the post top before choosing an adapter; nominal post names do not always match outside dimensions. The solar panel charges the included battery during the day, and the LED provides accent light after dark without conventional wiring. Install the unit where the panel receives direct sun and where the glass and light distribution will not be blocked. Daily sunlight, season, weather, panel cleanliness, and battery condition will influence brightness and nighttime duration.
