Product Overview
The Houzer RB-2400 Wirecraft rinsing basket is a removable stainless steel sink accessory designed to hold dishes, glassware, produce, or utensils above the bottom of a compatible Houzer sink. Its elevated basket shape creates a separate work area inside the bowl, helping users rinse food, drain hand-washed items, or organize smaller kitchenware without placing everything directly against the sink surface.
The basket is made from T-304 stainless steel and includes protective plastic feet to reduce direct metal-to-metal contact. It measures approximately 19-1/4 inches wide, 16 inches front to back, and 6 inches high. Houzer identifies the RB-2400 for specific sink models, including MS-2409, MG-3209, and STS-1400. Because sink accessories are model-specific, matching only the approximate dimensions is not enough; confirm the exact sink model and inside-bowl clearance before ordering.
This is the rinsing basket only. A sink, drain assembly, bottom grid, and other accessories are not included unless separately stated. Remove the basket periodically for cleaning and check the protective feet for wear so the accessory continues to sit securely in the bowl.
