Product Overview
The Gerber 49-274 Allerton is a two-handle laundry faucet for a compatible three-hole utility or laundry sink with 4 in. centers. Separate hot and cold controls allow the user to adjust water temperature and flow for washing, rinsing, filling containers, and routine utility-room cleanup. The compact centerset arrangement is intended for sinks that match the listed hole spacing and mounting configuration.
Ceramic disc cartridges support smooth handle operation and shutoff. The faucet has a listed maximum flow rate of 2.2 GPM at 60 PSI. Before ordering, confirm the sink’s exact 4 in. center-to-center spacing, mounting-surface thickness, supply connections, spout clearance, drain area, and available space around the backsplash or wall. The listed product information does not confirm a lead-free certification for this specific model, so selection should be based only on its confirmed specifications and intended application.
