Product Overview
The American Granby SC4 is a watertight well cap for protecting the top of compatible 4 in. nominal plastic well casing. A properly fitted cap closes the casing opening while providing screened ventilation and a dedicated conduit connection for pump wiring. This helps keep the wellhead organized and reduces direct entry paths for debris when the cap is installed according to the well design and local requirements.
The SC4 combines injection-molded ABS with grade 319 aluminum and uses stainless steel nuts, bolts, and screened vents. It is designed for plastic casing and can be solvent welded directly to compatible PVC well casing. Confirm the 4-1/2 in. casing outside diameter, 1 in. conduit requirement, and applicable well regulations before installation.
